Beth Elliott-Thul brings nine years of compliance and quality assurance leadership from a major academic health system, along with several years as a Clinical Quality Specialist at a telehealth company, giving her a rare blend of academic-medical-center rigor and modern digital-health experience.

Her background spans root cause analysis, quality improvement, and HIPAA compliance, along with hands-on clinical operations experience at Planned Parenthood affiliates in Minnesota and Colorado. Beth has successfully led documentation management and incident report tracking system implementations using structured change management strategies.

Beth also brings specialized expertise in health equity and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Her academic research focused on reducing barriers in healthcare spaces, including an original tool for evaluating how welcoming a clinical waiting room feels to patients. She has since trained staff and presented on health equity for organizations including Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, helping organizations build inclusive care environments and improve patient outcomes.
